After years of cutting his teeth for other companies, John grew tired of the same ol' shtick in the roofing industry. Fast forward a few decades later, Kountry Boyz Roofing is now giving homeowners a to-the-point, no-nonsense approach to roof repairs across Fort Bend, Brazoria, Harris County, and more.

John and Wanda have been married and going strong for 24+ years. They are proud parents of a Stephen F. Austin State University Graduate, Zachary, who works side-by-side with them as an Operations Manager taking ownership of all projects on-site.

"I have been in the roofing industry since 2009. I was always curious about it. I have always found pleasure in helping people, and enjoy making new friends everywhere we go. People always ask, "John, why do you still climb roofs?" My response? "'Cause I am NOT the sit-behind-a-desk and point fingers kinda guy. I love meeting people and our crew do as well. The “BOYZ” is what I call them because they have been with us for over 10 years. We do not pick them up at a tree.
